It is likely to be the front-line cause for almost all skin allergies, rashes and other skin irritations. Skin becomes more and more sensitive and prone to allergies. As the physical environment is troubled with the serious threat it's the right time to look into ourselves for nourishing inner and outer beauty by keeping and rejuvenating skin cells. The busy schedule would be a barrier, however, arranging a time daily allows cells to breathe fresh contributing to the self-confident person you are. Studies suggest that outer appearance gets brighter more confident that person will be.

1. Meditation and Yoga

It improves the internal organ's performance to provide a quality life that is comfortable and fresh. Spending fully dedicated time at least 5 minutes in the early morning intellectually strengthens brain activities. 

2. Enough water in the body

         Enough consumption of water is the key to a healthy life. There is no other activity equal to drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Having enough liquid for the smooth functioning of the organs exhibits full potential, nourishes skin, hair, stimulates brain cells and improves metabolism. Start the day with a glass of hot water. These life routines improve health.

3. Green tea

      Green tea is the most popular energy morning drink. Doctors recommend two glasses of green tea a day highly fills the body with antioxidants that are necessary for every part of the human body. Health studies have found numberless benefits of green tea such as reduces cholesterol levels, improves metabolism and digestion, reduces gingivitis, helps to build healthy gums, energizes the cells and green tea is a great deal for immunity. Green tea packs with different natural flavours are available. 

4. Lemon drink

       Lemon is rich in vitamin C which is essential for glowing skin. Lemon detoxifies and completely cleans the body and then digestive issues are not a big concern. 

 Cut a lemon in half. Take a cup of lukewarm water then squeeze the half piece of lemon into the water. Drink this healthy liquid on an empty stomach three times a week. 

5. 7-8 hours of sleep

      According to the expert's words, an adult should sleep between 7-8 hours. Sleeping is the resting time for the brain. The stress and the tiredness will be at ease when you have a good-full sleep. Without proper sleep, the production of happy hormones decreases that automatically turns up the stress hormonal level. This is the pinpointing cause for dangerous submission to the long-term illness.
