We can't ignore the possibilities they offer us. It goes on and on, from deleting our boring hours to finding a job and partner. But the dangers hiding behind it have no end. It all depends on the user’s behaviour, though. The first reason why we should limit social media apps is that they take away our hobbies. Our life is of little refreshing things, from planting a tree to sleeping on the couch humming your favourite music. Don't you feel they are priceless?

The Issues with the Overuse of Social-media

We can use social media for developing ourselves. Here are the issues everyone faces with the overuse of social media.

·       * Loses the family relationship tune. When you are always spending time on social media scrolling, your mind starts taking a distance from family time.

·      *  Gets a wrong notion about life. Social media isn't a sacred place where only reliable information and knowledge get.

·       * Your creativity grows slowly. When you read a book or observe nature, your creativity gets light. However, social media can't support your creativity in that way.

·       * No personal and academic development.

·       * Responsibility is a quality that defines you. When you spend hours on social media, your responsibility doesn't go well.

·       * Possibilities for fake relationships. Online friends can't be trusted. The space between approachable friends and you becomes wider.

·       * Time management issues. Wasting too much time on social media doesn't produce good results in your life.

·       * Constant concentration and attention issues.

·       * Your productivity level goes down.

·       * Health issues like neck pain, eye-sight problems etc.
