Your skin is your personality if you don't misinterpret it!
Traditionally, there are different methods to treat your skin all day, although
it might seem very difficult. You need to understand that your confidence comes
from how your skin looks, whether it glows or dries like a desert. Some
Ayurvedic remedies give you a clear idea of how to respect your skin without
losing its natural appearance. Here, I combine all the traditional secrets to
make you fall in love with yourself and your skin. The finest input for glowing
skin is moisturising, it doesn't matter how busy you are, you need to give what
your skin thirsts for. Here are some of the best moisturisers from nature and some
other beauty tips, keep reading
.
Aloe Vera Gel
You might have heard a thousand times that aloe vera gel can do wonders
for your skin. And that's a truth you can't underestimate. Aloe vera gel is
known as "kumari" in Ayurveda, which means it keeps you young and
beautiful for years. Many scientific studies back this up with proven results.
Your skin's behaviour doesn't matter when you are ready to go with aloe vera
gel, as it can be used by everyone irrespective of its nature. You can also
purchase ready-made aloe vera gel from the market, a lot of companies have
varied aloe vera gel mixed up with other beauty ingredients. However, try to
plant aloe vera at your home so that you can get some fresh aloe gel too.
Usage: It can be used all day, morning and
night especially. Cleanse your face and gently massage it into your skin. The
skin absorbs it as you massage. You will get the results within a week.
Rose water
Roses are beautiful, and do you want to be as hot as a rose in your
garden? Then you have to take its essence and apply it to your skin. Rose water
is a natural toner and moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated and fresh. If you
spend a lot of time in the sun, no other beauty product can compare in terms of
replenishing your skin with new cells. Although there are a lot of beauty
brands selling rose water, it's better to make it yourself (if you have roses
in your garden). It doesn't require a lot of effort; watch a YouTube video
about how to do this, or else I will cover it in my next blog.
Usage: Apply it after your bath or before
going to bed. Use it either with a cotton pad or by hand, both are good to go.
(I use both.)
Coconut oil
Coconut oil is an ancient Indian beauty ingredient that gives your skin
and hair a natural glow. Coconut oil contains antioxidants that can be used to
nourish your skin both internally and externally. If you want to look magical,
you can incorporate it into your beauty routine.
Usage: Apply it to your skin twice or
thrice on your whole body after the shower.
Did you get an idea about what to do? The next step is to learn how to
treat your skin from morning to night. Another blog post requires elaborating
on this topic; hence, I cover some of the important points here.
· * Use mild face washes and clean your face before going
to bed
· * Use night creams or any moisturiser from the above
list
· * Don’t rub your face with hard clothes, always use soft
towels
· * Use sunscreen lotions or creams if things are right
· I* Hydrate your skin as much as you can. Drink water and
see the changes.
Follow all the tips and you will meet the new you with confidence and
love for yourself.
